Pull up a chair, wrap your hands around a warm mug, and take a breath. EvaluaTea is a free, supportive community for people working in higher education who have evaluation as part of their remit and who would quite like to feel a little less alone while doing it.
EvaluaTea brings evaluation and tea together in one friendly, thoughtful space designed for learning, sharing, and connecting.
What is EvaluaTea?
EvaluaTea is a community of higher education professionals built around connection, collaboration, and practical evaluation know-how.
Across the year, members can take part in:
- Themed Communi-Tea Connection Sessions
Bring a pen and paper and a warm Tea to talk all things Evaluation
- A bi-monthly (ish) chance to connect with peers across the sector. Each 90 minute session will be focused on a key evaluation theme relevant to the higher education sector. These sessions are designed for peer-to-peer learning, sharing best practice, asking honest questions, and collaborating with others navigating similar challenges.
- Evaluation in Practice Newsletter
Sit down with a warm tea and a pen and paper!
- A bi-monthly(ish) newsletter including practical reflections, top tips, and and practical ideas to support your evaluation practice, whatever stage you are at.
- Early access to Evaluation Masterclasses
Community members receive early information and priority access to upcoming evaluation masterclasses and learning opportunities.
All of this takes place in a welcoming, low-pressure environment where curiosity is encouraged and learning from each other is at the core!
Who is EvaluaTea for?
EvaluaTea is for anyone working in the higher education sector who:
- Runs an event, activity, programme, or initiative that needs evaluating
- Has evaluation as part of their role, even if it is not the main focus
- Wants to build confidence, share ideas, and learn alongside others
